Be that as it may, Market Makers have a fifth digit right of the decimal point, unlike retail Level 2 feeds or charts, quotes etc. When you see .0001 X .0001 on your quote, a Market Maker display may show .00099 X .0001 but with only four digits right of the decimal point available to retail users, there is no way to know the actual bid offer, unless one is prepared to place a market order sell-- then you'll know for sure.
