Zalemark is such an obvious scam company. The only ones that are touting Zalemark are chart guys with a following. Read the past financial statements and you will see the chart guys were "paid" in stock. But I have read the financial statements and I understand how this scam company works.
No jewelry ever gets really sold. Zalemafk generates a phony invoice. I don't know if they actually ship product out but if they did then that product goes to a friend of Steven Zale. Then when the invoice doesn't get paid it gets written off the books as Bad Debt. That is why there will never be an certified audit. Also funds get siphoned/expensed out to Consulting Fees, Professional Fees and recently Salaries and Wages. But we know the Salary and Wages are phony because Zalemark did not make any provisions for the taxes on that expense.
Hundreds and hundreds of thousands of dollars get expensed out. Who is/are the recipients of those expenses.
You basically have a company doing no business but with huge expenses. All at the expense of stockholders, lenders, stakeholders and investors.
Zalemark has a negative net worth and they have no money to pay anyone.
