All of Ruppert's lawsuits have been "settled" - as the outcome was known when the fake lawsuits were filed.

So Ruppert lied about Pamela filing a lawsuit against UMMG in 2012 - if Ruppert didn't lie then post the case number or the court documents.

In the UMMG Annual Report for 2012 which was filed on August 6, 2014 as was the Annual reports for 2011 and 2013 - guess who filed the Annual reports - The Joshua Management Group, LLC.

Hmmm, that seems very odd - plus there isn't anything about the Pammy lawsuit in the 2011, 2012 or 2013 Annual report about a lawsuit.

Then we find:

Phil Longoria COO (Longoria owns 41.5% of the company's Authorized and Outstanding shares)

Calvin Ross - Director of Product Development (Ross owned 41.5% of the company's Authorized and Outstanding shares)

Ruppert needs to tell everyone once again about the Pamela lawsuit against UMMG for fraud.

The Fraud was committed on the NGCG shareholders).
