Sure. Or you could say the issue is... they have no reason to make end retail any money. They only have reasons and motivations to make insiders and management money. This is a penny stock after all.

Hype... is more valuable than hard work. Angel investment is usually (more than half) under the restriction that the "CEO" not collect a salary until there is profit... that is the way finance works.
