It's the value a buyer see's and what it's worth to them. People can look at the same thing but see different things. It's not out of the realm of possibility that a buyer looks at it and $5 is a steal to them. Or you could have a buyer who feels it's not worth anything more than $.80/share. There's no set formula. The value is in the eyes of the beholder or in this case the potential buyer.
