Yes, I believe you're right about the Tuesday court date. That's August 30th. I've read that they have court dates on both August 30th and 31st.

Seems everyone is waiting for the 30th. That day is an important one. I've been reading that lots of share holders plan to pack the court room again that day.

The next week and half should be very interesting!
