I HIGHLY recommend everyone read the full description of the APO process. LOTS of good information. It also may shed some light on why/how TRON is setting themselves up the way they are.

It also states that the private company (iMed) pay's for the shell company (TRON) by contributing their shares from the private company to the shell company that they now control.

They also have a finance option where they can issue additional stock after the APO is compete. Possible forward split afterwards? Just my opinion.
