Not exactly. If Kenny wants to import in bulk whatever Lactobaccilus probiotic mixture from China, and rebottle it with a MNZO label, then yes the FDA will give it a pass. However, marketing a product containing a GMO bacteria containing a human gene would not get a pass from the FDA. That's a Pandora's box being opened.
