There is also a section of the JOA that allows things required by law to be disclosed can be disclosed. Do you really think if CEPSA decided to never report the drilling results that ERHC would br required to wait three years?

As an example, in their public filings Dana Gas reported the negative results of their Block in the JDZ which ERHC also owned an interest months before ERHC did. Many chose to disbelieve those reports just like many are trying to convince us to ignore early reports now.

Make no mistake about it. ERHC has a record of hiding bad news as long as they can get away with it. They are likely doing the same now.
