I think just the act itself, of sending out phony E-mails from a phony address, is the fraud. As I said, I am not commenting one way or another. Just makes one wonder why someone, or maybe many someones, won't let the company sell itself. Very very similar to the company having to "invent" a supposed expert to say good things about it, as we know actually happened!

I have been able to find out that the address which was used belongs to a California law firm specializing in corporate bankruptcy....go figure
