It is extremely unlikely to "work".

Market Makers actually sell and buy shares at fractional prices, say $0.000175.

If you buy a huge pile of shares at $0.0001, then wait a few hours or a couple of days for the reported stock price to hit $0.0002 and pass your SELL order, your broker might very well report that he could only sell 20% of your shares at $0.0002, and the rest were sold at $0.0001, for an average price of $0.00012, or similar.

The mere act of selling a bunch of shares might very well push the price off the $0.0002 mark. There's no guarantee that the stock will stay at that particular price long enough for your sell order to be executed.
When you take into account transaction costs, it is very difficult to make money buying at $0.0001 and attempting to sell at a nominal $0.0002.

Those who don't mind selling at $0.0002 or $0.0001 for that matter, are the toxic lenders, who get a gigantic number of shares at a price near $0.00005, and are in a hurry to dump all those shares, before converting more debt to get more shares to dump.
