OIL UP AGAIN, AND CLIMBING NOW AT $51 A BARREL. IM betting the restructure will go well...otherwise the entire industry , not just FEs would be in deep trouble if banks weren't willing to restructure debt so that it works for everyone...


plus, FES has a decent balance sheet with about 700 million in cash... its not like assets are 200 million and debt is 800 million....
