I believe this is a fair target.

OPEC has to intervene in September to bring the price back up to the $60 range. Saudi's can't run the country without oil profits. I think they underestimated the down side to their oversupply scheme to hurt U.S. Domestic production.

They shot themselves in the foot in the process. Now they have to do something fast to bring the commodity price back up.
