Troy,

Ethically you could (?) be right, legally certainly not:

(...) but ERHC has the benefit of counsel from compliance experts who guide the Company’s disclosures. As I’ve stated in the past, when ERHC is in a position to disclose the outcomes of drilling, it will do so.

Does CEPSA have a clue as to what direction this review of the data is going to...? Of course they have. Does Peter have a clue also, as we speak? Of course he has.

Phase 3 decision very soon to come, so then we also know.

Be sure that he is NEGOTIATING for his life right now, his own $$$ are on the line right now. And those of SEO and Sylvan, and who knows who else...!

Wouldn't it be a big LOL, if simply the announcement comes that oil is found in commercial quantities... Oh man. Price would shoot up a factor of 100 at least... oh man.

I asked the OilNewsKenya editor what the difference is between TAIPAN's dry hole, and ours... TAIPAN did not review anything, came with an announcement IMMEDIATELY.

No answer!

What would the share price do, if oil is found, but not yet in commercial quantities...? Exploratory drill was this...

The Doctor.
