The CC Will not be about the RS. The RS IMHO has already been extended and the time to execute is not now if ever - it's insurance we hope not o use given an organic increase in SP leading to an uplist. The Proxy vote to increase shares and authoriy to RS for another year is a done deal. As investors we are in invested in the proven science behind Pro-140 and the intelligence of Mr P and his experienced board in the know to proceed on our behalf. Having available shares and authority before being backed in a corner is called planning. Make no mistake the game is on and if you are long sleep well. Catalyst are many and will come when least expected-there will be a tipping point. Biggest of which is last patient injected adjunct P3. That will represent a firm time line of results. If your short there is money to be made - however this is a major play that will catch shorts with there pants down. I will say, this is a respectful board with intelligence on both sides, long or short.
