And has seen buying accumulation recently

in the chart...

Float under 10 million ADR shares for a

company that showed positive cash flow

above 7 cents per share in 2nd quarter

and revenue above 96 million for quarter...

Been rather surprised to see the low

price on an upper tier listing...

Auditor for company 10K,2015 was

considered one of the top International

auditors in 2015...
