Where are you seeing these $1.35s?

I see on yahoo finance under historical data for HAON that right around the same 2 dates that the 144 shows the CEO selling stock that the price shot up to $1.35 and were before the July 15 milestone of .01. There were 2 other days in early August that the pps shows $1.35 before August 15 milestone of .02.

'Nard and HAON have just taken a huge turn for the worse regarding FRAUD. I now have to drop everything else and report this HAON pos post-haste. That's fine, get this HAON/'Nard shit out of my way.

Look for FINRA to insist that the SEC suspend this scam before the end of the month. Thanks...
