We apologize, but criminals at the foreign domain 222.98.172.206 have been sending mass e-mails about United States securities (stock for sale). These Spammers pretend to be sending from e-mail addresses at "bovitz.net" and "bovitzweb.com." But, no one from "bovitz.net" and "bovitzweb.com" has ever sent a recommendation regarding securities (and never will). These e-mails violate California law (Business & Professions Code section 17529.5): each e-mail advertisement contains a third-party's domain name (bovitz.net or bovitzweb.com) without the permission of the third party (the webmaster and users of bovitz.net and bovitzweb.com); each e-mail advertisement contain falsified, misrepresented, or forged header information; each e-mail advertisement uses a subject line that a person knows would be likely to mislead a recipient, acting reasonably under the circumstances, about a material fact regarding the contents or subject matter of the message. These solicitations also violate other United States laws, as well (such as the CAN-SPAM Act).

You are strongly advised NOT to purchase any security recommended over the Internet. The stock solicitations about the above companies are criminal and fraudulent attempts to pump up the stock price and dupe you into purchasing stock before the stock price collapses.

Based on the fraudulent actions of the Spammers at domain 222.98.172.206, information you may have received by e-mail about the companies listed above is likely to be incomplete and probably false.
