EFOI had consistently gave good bottom fishing channels for weeks.........Now down near yearly lows after terrible quarter............yet low float 7 million, no debt and lumpy sales........LD lighting bulb cost are coming down fast.......if this stock now does its dance with vol. could be interesting?

Their reliance on military contracts are a factor which distracts from their ability to show consistency of product quality.
