What kind of scam are these penny stock clowns running here? It's bad enough that the SEC is all over them already, but this has got to trigger some scrutiny:

On August 11, 2016, the Company physically issued 1,444,020 shares of common stock to Ferris Holding, Inc. for the purchase of inventory valued at $144,402.

The stock never closed below .15 during the quarter or on 8/11, so how are they valuing the shares at .10???

Ferris Holding will now dump this stock illegally one would presume. Wouldn't be the first time. SEC, are you looking???
