I get that. But that doesn't absolve management's responsibility to make sound business decisions. If this were to be bought out and their bad business decisions led to a $1.50/share buyout rather than making sound decisions and giving shareholders a $15/share buyout. People lose money. That is yet to be determined. But you can't blame people for selling due to the performance of this stock. That falls at management's feet.
