I'd put my "Jerry Jones" hat on and start doing some good ole fashion bluffing. I'd tell them we have several other investors that have come to the table and the old deal is off the table. But if they are still interested in investing in this great product they can. But it won't be under the old deal. If they balk at that and want "the farm" I'd walk away. No way I'd do business with them and give them an inch of leverage. I'd rather walk away with no deal with them than give them the company. I'd take my chances somewhere else with someone else.
