PR's dont do us any good....so if they release us a PR stating the blah blah blah new usip # and Ticker chnage coming. it means nothing and just might start a sell off...ALL WE WANT TO SEE NOW IS THE TRADING HALT , THE TICKER CHANGE , THEN THE RELEASE OF THE 10K.....sorry for the caps but ppl dont just understand i guess....lol

They needed FHAL because with 3-5 years audited OTC-BB financials, they can move to the NASDAQ immediately.
