I think the information reveals how incompetent management is on a business level. I'm a small business owner and do business on a much smaller scale than Titan. But many principles of business or "doing business" are normally transferable no matter the scale. I don't enter into deals, investments, ventures, etc that are material to my business without multiple plans based off "what if" scenarios, including exit strategies.

These guys are worse than amateurs when it comes to the business aspect. Their lack of business skills has now potentially caused a lot of people to lose a crap load of money. We shouldn't even be in this position. So yeah, the information is "bad news". It reveals how incompetent these people are and if that's not bad news I don't know what is.
