I read the same article as it is being pushed by Yahoo (in its briefs)

I found it very encouraging and bullish

FHFA director considering action

And to the issue of a level playing field - I would love to own outright a smaller F and F (say as one) with a level playing field - starting Friday

Bring it on

(Reality is - other than by default or lack of action - the future of F and F will not be the oligopoly they once had)
