So Noble Teresa is doing "some consulting services" under the aegis of AHIX while supposedly not collecting a salary as CFO/interim CEO.

And what "various electronics"? AHIX "engaged in internet selling of various electronics for a distributor"??? Wha-huh?

In the Q3, Teresa reports sales of $166,461. Is that all "Consulting"? Does she pay herself under General and Administrative? How much, if any, of the $409,436 "operating expense" does Teresa collect?

FYI, if there is any shareholder in Florida near Teresa, they might want to consider that they have the right to inspect AHIX's records per FL statute:
