Remember all the posts over the years where we talked about "the IR/PR strategy sucks and someday it will come back to bite us and we'll be forced to sell far below true market value". We were lambasted and accused of trying to bring the stock price down, but as I've stated previously, my only goal was to get them to change direction, improve performance and increase shareholder value.

The chickens may be coming home to roost now though. Options seem limited in my opinion and my guess is negotiations for a sale started the moment they were notified by our vendors. How long ago was that...a few days, weeks or months?

Again this is only conjecture on my part.
