The market soaked up those 100M shares like a champ.... wow. Stock holders may cry about dilution, but so long as the acquired assets make up for it or better it's a good thing. I believe the shares issued this month should be enough to cover the $400K dropped on the labs or cover the last of the convertible notes.... or a bit of both.

A clean balance sheet would be a rocket ship...
