What would getting the CE Mark do for the marketability of Titan as for as making it a viable "buyout" candidate? Also, is design freeze before or after obtaining CE Mark? I'm just trying to figure out how much more progress Titan truly needs to make before we are realistic candidate for a buyout, merger etc.
