What was posted here yesterday was not insider information. Someone had a conversation with IR and reported about it here. Was any of that information restricted, not in my opinion. Even if it was, he is not an insider, and posting it in a public forum is not necessarily against the law. The law is that he can not trade based upon it, posting is not trading. The only one that may have stretched the law, would be IR. But, again, IMO there was nothing restricted in his posts.

The use of equity in some form should be a given, therefore mentioning the probability of using it, is not restricted. Now, if he had been told specific details, that would be different.

IE:
Money-Is-Us is getting 3 cajillion shares @ $.00000001 available to sell immediately. Would be restricted.
