Perhaps they found a RM candidate. Perhaps they were able to peal off 200MM shares in return for the $75K they need to update the company to current status. It is possible, but no one knows for sure. If someone is willing to take a chance and fork over $75k for 200MM shares that would turn a profit once this gets back to .000375 then maybe that is a smart move. If he can RM the company who knows what the pps can skyrocket to. I think the company is looking to change direction completely but I guess we will all see.
