I can imagine it "hypothetically" goes something like this.. Kallo "thought" they were going to be the project manager/procurement specialist as well as coordinate the construction of these 55,000 sqft hospitals as referenced by ITD. Instead I see Hites selected as PMC of the hospital build and quite possibly ITD/Kallo has the capacity now and design chosen to be the manufacturer. Maybe some of the mobile side for Kallo is still in play, but logically isn't the fix to have hospital access first then connect mobile clinics to a more regionalized hospital?

I think this could all develop rapidly. At a minimum the Hites PMC selection shows movement of finances and infrastructure build out in Guinea. Hope Kallo has a slice coming their way
