Whats funny Bill might have messed up as he mentioned CEN BIO in the filings but he as promoting with photos it on his own personal FB for only his "friends" to see.

Since SEC already slapped him, they had to make the statement below, problem is those photos were not posted on the companies own FB page but on the CEO personal page and restricted to who can see them.
