again if there was someone who had shares at .0018 area or lower, why are they not slamming the bids as they come in every time , because imo there are none out there that are not controlled by strong hands imo Level 2 is telling me that at the moment , just right now , there is little buying volume and when that happens , the shorts try to come in and make a little here and there. imo it just adds liquidity and somewhat bid support as well . But that is my opinion
