2006. I won't post all the ones leading up to the present, but where are these orders then? Why didn't they make any cash or have any sales? Or was this NR just part of the "R&D process" somehow? They were not actually intending to have sales, it was just part of the research into "the eventuality" of "possible" future sales? Get prepared and have a couple dry runs on a contract, then break it? Is that it ROTFLMAO?
