You seem to be ignoring (or are unaware of) the America Makes - ANSI - NAMI meeting announced for mid - late September to clarify a road map for AM metal standards


No, was referring to that, clarify a roadmap, doubtful will just adopt Sigma technology as the standard.

I would say that the time frame is longer than 2 years, but more importantly, the USAF, in an effort to develop AM standards contracted with Aerojet Rocketydyne in January to do just that. The USAF - Aerojet contract is now almost 8 months old, so this is not a "sudden" development.


Sigma won't be the standard IMO, maybe participate in developing, but won't result in the industry being forced to buy Printrite IMO.

No argument that the big boys have "way more money ... than SGLB" but you seem to be ignoring a little thing called patents


I know, but the industry is not at a standstill because they owe SGLB for all the patents.
