The SEC did all they could do to rid the investment market of this shell. For whatever reason, geno did not respond to the SEC's request to confirm it was still in business. Under Operation Shell Expel, they suspended RCCH and sent it packing to the greys. The SEC can't revoked RCCH's regsitration as it is not a SEC registered shell. It is non-reporting.
It is now up to Finra to revoke the listing. But it takes time, but eventually, it will be delisted. When, could be today, could be next year, but I am fairly certain it will happen sometime in the next 3 years.
BTW, I have moved to S. Florida and if anyone has a lead on where geno is hanging out, I will check it out, as some reports were that he was hanging around Tampa.
