You're right to be guarded Cattdogg. Many of us have been here quite a while and seen both the positive and negative aspect of the new leadership under DO. The company is much stronger currently than in the past (both financially and from a clinical pipeline) but anyone who saw DO's actions around the proxy process in 2013/2014 to get his upfront management restricted stock units observed him do some things that were unquestionably unethical. That is a fact. It is spilled milk in one sense, and the company is in a good position today, but it still begs the case that folks should question the rationale behind this latest dilution considering the company has what appears to be ample cash on the balance sheet.
