Common sense will rule the world if you let it. Derek has always been a great ceo. If a R/S is needed at some point I believe that he will convert the preferred to common shares. Then R/S to uplist to the Nasdaq. If he let the preferred ride and didn't convert them what investor would ever trust this company again? People don't be fooled by the constant half truths and lies of some here. It is tough to find good information here, but I read for entertainment.
