Om March 11, 2016 Vernon Oates signed off on the Annual report - but according to the information Old Tymer posted Oates was suspended at that time.

By this Order, the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board ("Board" or "PCAOB") is censuring Vernon Oates ("Respondent, "Firm," or "Oates"), temporarily suspending Respondent's registration for a period of one year from the date of the issuance of this Order

The date of the Order was December 03, 2016.
