All but one MM is locked into a wall of .0003's

Apparently, they generally have NO PLANS of budging beyond that wall!

Therefore, if all but one of the MM's are holding this wall at .0003, What this means (as it seems), is that the "OTC Dream Seeker" who've backed-up their trucks in the 2's and 3's are really just filling a one-way PINK-piggybank deposit with options of either selling for less than the price paid,
