Taipan, may I remind here, knew extremely fast that *their* dry hole had nothing to be analyzed.
My guess is that CEPSA does want to continue, as long as there is any validation for it, certainly since we know that CEPSA made exploration their key goal. They already withdrew from that other hole in Kenya, remember.
And the less stuff there is to analyse, the quicker they would come to a conclusion. Well, they are at it for some time now.
