The slam down feb 24 after hours was planned well in advance... sk sounded surprised on the CC... he is incompetent imo... same with the BOD.... imo

the "reverse split" in the proxy is to destroy the will of retail holders... the enemy is within folks.... will you finally see the light?

what incentive to they have to do a deal with a the kind of gig they have? what incentive to they have to increase share price with options forthcoming?
