voting no? so you sent in your registered letter yet to Peregrine, SEC and Nasdaq? : )

A No vote should go hand in hand with a registered letter sent to Peregrine, SEC and Nasdaq that all common related shares shall be split proportionally as all common shares.

Remember last year. A "Routine" vote passed the request for all those authorized shares (which NOTHING was ever done with them...) and now, another "Routine" vote for a 1:7 split which does not split those Authorized shares ??

Hell no-- Registered letters to Peregrine, SEC and Nasdaq must be sent .... because one can see that last years "routine" vote is directly tied into this years "routine" vote and the ultimate group that ends up with those authorized shares voted on last year would likely want this reverse split so they end up with a bigger portion of ownership and it reduces ownership and voting power to all current, common shareholders.

There may be an another motive for this 1:7 reverse split but since nothing is shared... a NO vote from me with registered letters to Peregrine, SEC and Nasdaq.
