Yesterday, Hemp's CEO, Bruce Perlowin, filed a Notification of Late Filing for HEMP's 2Q/16 report, listing the reason for the delay as: "Additional time is needed to complete consolidating financials."
I suppose he submitted this from his smart phone, because yesterday at 5 AM, he also posted the following on his personal Facebook page, showing that he was in South Beach in Miami, Florida, enjoying time with friends and picketing at a Publix market whose owner had the temeritry to donate to the "wrong" side of a medical marijuana initiative:
