OT, og, i take it that phenomenon has occurred with some stocks and is related to naked shorting and getting caught as per the new regs effective in late July. how can we know in advance if the conditions prevail that could cause such a retriction and then what do you do if that condition exists... seems like it would take the wind out of any momo for any stock purchases in the otc market.
