All the hype is meaningless unless Valimed sells very well indeed. I doubt very much that it will.

The PERPS (insiders) have made mucho dinero..and have accumulated many shares. The low SP means that they have accumulated twice as many than they would have if the SP was at a buck.

What they will eventually do with those shares if they cannot make a financially successful product I don't know. But whatever, you can bet the Farm that it is not going to benefit you shareholders.
