Well RS is ok but the increase in ask ruins the shares, if you have example a 1,000 shares. RS 1 in 20 means you will have 50 shares the value stays the same just less shares. Now when you add a billion shares in addition to the RS you now have less shares and less value for the 50 shares you have as the value of them has been diluted. So example you started out with 1,000 shares that you paid lets say 20.00 bucks RS happens now you have 50 shares still valued at 20.00 bucks now you toss in the increase of the ask to billion now you have 50.00 shares valued at 5.00 bucks or so because there are many shares available to the market now so they are less valuable than they once were.

If I am wrong about this please elaborate further?
