(OTC: RSPG), (the "Company") a bottler and distributor of pure, sweet water from the Artesian wells of the Ogallala Aquifer, announced today that it has reached an agreement with the Harley Davidson Cafe in Las Vegas Nevada as their exclusive supplier of private label Artesian bottled water.

Harley Davidson Cafe is located in the heart of the Las Vegas strip. Harley Davidson Cafe, established in Las Vegas in 1997 offers a wide variety of merchandising and souvenirs. Harley Davidson Cafe has already supplied their artwork for the design of the label, as the first shipment is expected to be delivered in mid September 2006.
