They have said nothing about delaying NEXT quarter's earning filing. They said there would be a delay in filing LAST quarter's earnings report.

The yahoo report says that as a result of this latest disclosure an outside lawyer has been appointed to investigate. That is not accurate. The members of the board of directors appointed to investigate the problem when it was originally discovered appointed an independent lawyer to investigate the situation. I would assume he was the one who discovered the additional irregularities.
